  • To illustrate your applicaton in the event it is a finalist or winner in its category, you must provide a URL or link to a cloud service site (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Amazon S3, Dropbox, private Vimeo link, etc.) containing the visuals listed below. Please ensure that the link does not have an expiration date and that the sharing settings are open to all users with the link.

  • Producer or Co-producer

  • Students and artists, please fill in with your name, team name, or collective name.
  • It is customary that the names inscribed on the trophy are: production companies, clients/broadcasters, team or collective name, artist name, if applicable. The names of the directors and producers are not inscribed on the trophies.
